S.3f., with failing to give way to tralfie ajiproaching 011 his riglit. Defendant did uot appear but wrote plcading guilty and was fined £2, costs £1 3s. A similar eharge was lo id against Colin Rainsford Palmer, who pleaded guilty and was fined £2. costs 10s.
