FROM WOULD-BE ASSASSIN Crowd Demands Death Of Assailant A MILAN STUDENT.

He was a-oughly hancllod before the police liroke throngh. ^ Prince Umberto calmly walked to the Tomb and laid a wreath, Tlie assailant has been identified as a nntive of 31ilan, a student, Fernando Dirosa, aged 21. He admits that he only arrived from Paris tliat morning. Immcdiately 011 liearing of the attempted nssassination, King Albert visited tlie ltalian Emhassy and expressed his sincore regret. Dirosa strugglcd like a wild beast and it took ten polieemen to couvey him to the Palais de Justice. A crow'd gathered outside, shouting, "death to the assassin." Dirosa informed the police that he came especiallv to shoot the Crown Prince and ndmitted that he was a members of the Second Socialist International. Prince Umberto and Princess 3Iarie Jose will he married in the Church of Santa 3Iaria Angels, where the present 3Iajesties wedded. Cardinal Gamba will olficiate. The wedding will he marked by an exhibition of worship of the famous relic, the Holy Shrond in which it is claimod, the hody of Christ was wrapped in the Tomb. The relic is kept at Turin and only exliibited 011 occasions of marriages in tlie House of Savoy.
