Tlie finaneiaT statement showed the auxiliary te he in a sound position, and the sum of £15 was unanimously voted to the general funrl of th'c A .M.O.A. The eleetinn of officprs resulted as follows President, Mrs G. G Chisholm : yice-presidents, 51rs C. H. Bisson, 51r.s C. O. 5Toi'se : honorary secretarv, 5frs Percv Spiller; honorarv treasurer, 51 r.s I-Tarry Hill. The following new members were elected :v— 5fesdames 51onk, Burrows, Lee and Hatch. The questiou of a Y.5I.O.A. queen for the 51ardi Gras was discusscd. and , it Was decided that 111 the event of tlie directors nominatmg a. candidate the auxiliary would help in tlie campaign. 3t was decided to forward letters of a.p]irecation to Afadame Aileen Joliris, and Alesdames W. T. Drake. L. ."J. Prinie and 51. Hoggard for their valuable assistance in arranging musical programmes for the "At Homes" during the past season. Hearty votes of thanks were also passed to all assistmg artists. 51rs Bayliffe having kindly ofl'erod the use of lier residence and grounds, it was decided to liold another garden fete on tlie last Saturdny in Fehruarv. 5fr 5 rain, the general secretarv, exjiressed his thanks for the great work drne hy the ladies' auxiliary, and Mr H. 5f. Bennett, on behalf of the directors, also voiced his appreeation.
