PAltADE AND INSl'liCTlON. At the weekly parade of Havelock Scouts last evening. Scoutmaster I11spector Dunlop avus present and 5Iessrs Greenwood, Ferguson, Philips, Leicester and Lyall, of the Scouts ! Committee, visited the assembly. The inspector made a thorough overhaul of the Avhole troop aud had them marc'hing and playing one of the jamboree games. 5Iessrs Lyall and Leicester told the boys that they were re-sponsible for the work of Scouts in Havelock and for finance of the troop. They explaincd to the boys that they were most interested in all that concerned the boys.
