WAIPUKURAU, This day. Detertives Fitzgihbons ancl Farquhai'sou are investigating a case of safe lircaking at the railway station. It is agreed that the work was done by a cracksman, who .knew his joh. Fortunately, as the money is banked daily, the intruder did not secure the return comniensurate with tlie trouble gone to. as only a little over £20 in cash was the result of his nocturnal visit.
