RUGBY, Nov. 20. The Albert Medal has beort awarded to lieub. -Commander Maxwell Hyslop and Marine Albert Streams for gallantry in saving life last July, wlien a heavy exploson caused by a haiig-fir© occurred in tbe turret of HM.S. Devonshire during firing practice in the Aagean Sea, killing sixteen men. Although knowing danger was involved bv heavy aerdite fumes and further explosions, and while the fire was still raging, tliey entered the turret at grave personaf risk to get away the wottnded and prevented the ignition of other cordite charges.
