TRANS-PACIFIC STEAMERS.
The Wairuna left Los Angeles on November 16 for Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth and Napier. The vessel is due at Napier early in January. The Waihemo will replac'e the Wairua in the next trip. The Port Darwin is en route from New York with general cargo to discharge at 'Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin. The ship is due at 'Auckland on December 4, and at Napier a few days later. The Mahia is due at Napier on December 10 to discharge cargo from London. The Maimoa is expected to arrive at Napier on December 27 from Auckland to load frozen- meat and wool for London. She will sail finally from Napier on December 30 for London, via Panama. The Waihemo is expected to leave Vancouver on January 5, San Francisco on January 18 and Los Angeles on January 20 for Napier. Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. She is due at Napier on February 13 . The Australind leaves New York o.. November 30 for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The City of Wellington leaves New York on December 14 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Canadian Transporter is expected to arrive at Napier on Saturday from Wellington to discharge cargo from Montreal and to load for New York, Boston and Halifax. She will sail again on Tuesdav for Auckland. The Canadian Conqueror is expected tc arrive at Napier on December 2S from Wellington to discharge cargo from Montreal and to load for New York, Boston and Halifax. She will proceed to Auckland from Napier. The Canadian Challenger is expected tc leave Halifax on December 24 with cargc for discharge at Auckland, Wellington Lyttelton and Dunedin, and probablj Napier.
