On Friday uight, "The Sunshine Girl ! comes to Hastings and will appear in the Hastings Xlunieipal Tlieatre. At the moment many rumours arc filling ihe air to the eflhct that tlie fnll eompanv Will nofc be appcaring in Hastings, but it may be said bore and now that these rumours are entirelv incorreet, for in Hastings, tlie production will be presented on tlie «ame lavisli scale ns it lias bnen given in Napier. Tn faot tbe Hastings performanee sbonld even eclipse tbose in Napier as with four niglits' experience behiiul them, tbe playcrs sbonld all be seen at their best. Tt is wortliy of note that although "Tlie Sunshine Girl" is presented by the Napier amateurs, nuite an imnortant part- is played by iNIrs F. S. Budd, of Hastings. / Tbe Hastings performance is being given in aid of tlie Hastings High ficliool League funds, and^ in return for the_generosity of tlie Napier players, it "is surelv up to tbe people of Hastings to repay witli a bumpor bonse. Seats may be re^ervcd at Eail's, and there is no extra cliarge for booking.
