TRANS-PACIFIC STEAMERS.
The Wairuna leaves New Plymouth to-day for Napier to discharge cargo from Pacific Slope ports. The vessel sails on completion for Auckland, thence Vancouver. , The Waihemo leaves Vancouver about January 10, San Francisco about January 27 and Los Angeles January 31 for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth, being due at Napier on February 26. The Kairanga leaves San Francisco on January 4 and Los Angeles on March 8 for Napier, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth, being due at Napier about April 6 The Canadian Conqueror is expected to arrive at Napier on January 8 from Wellington to discharge cargo from Montreal and to load for New York, Boston and Halifax. She will proceed to Auckland from Napier. The Canadian Challenger was expected to leave Halifax on December 25 with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, sud probably Napier. The Canadian Scottish is en route from Halifax with cargo for discharge at Auekl$n, Wellington, Lyttelton, _ Dunedin, and Napier, She is due at Napier in January, and wjir-also load for Kew York, Boston and Halifax. The Canadian Highlander is expected to arrive at Napier during February to load fpr New York, Boston and Halifax. The Canadian Explorer is expected to sail from Halifax on January 25 with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Napier. She should reach this port in March, and will also load for New York, Boston and Halifax.
