CHURCH SERVICES
At the Port' Presbyterian Church;the Rev. H. E. Campbell Jones will preach at both morning and evening services. At 11 a.m. the subject will be, "God and the New Year," at 7 p.m., "Led to Christ by the Star." New Year addresses will be delivered at the Congregational Church on Sunday. Th© morning _ topic will be, "Go Forward," and will he followed by tlie Communion service and the evening subject will he, "Mismanaging Ourselves." A welcome awaits all friends and visitors. At St. Augustine's to-morrow the services will he as advertised. Th© Rev. W. T.ye, of Wanganui, will take all the services. The services at St. Luke's will be t-aken by Mr Hallett at 11 a.m. and by the Rev. I. Zimmerman at 7 p.m. The Rev. James Hay, at oue time at Port Ahuriri, and now of Cambridge, will occupy the pulpit of St. Paul's tomorrow, preaclnng at both morning and evening services. At the Gospel Hall, Carlyle street, to-morrow, the services will be at. 11 a.m., 2.30 p.m. (Bible class), and in the evening at 7 o'clock. The speaker for the evening Gospel address will he Mr Jas. Berry, and his subject will he, "A New Year Fraught With Consequences." The usual Gospel meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Westshore Public Hall. The services at St. John's Catbedra! to-morrow will he 7 a.m. (Holy Communion) ; 11 a.m, Matins; preacher, Dean Brocklehurst ; 12 noon (Holy Communion ; 7 p.m., Evensong : preacher, Dean Brocklehurst. Ormond Chapel : 7.45 a.m. (Holy Communion) ; 7 p.m., Evensong; preacher, Canon Oi ark©. The usual services will be held in Napier South Presbyterian Church tomorrow at 11 a.m ,and 7 p.m. A hearty welcome to all.
