WESTPORT, Last night. In a radiogram to Mr H. Jt. Holland, leader of the Lahour Partv, delivered on Saturdav evening, Mr A. Hall SkeU ton, barrister, of Auckland, says he Avas an eyewitness of the alfair at Apia last Saturdav, and a'sserts that tlm offieial reports sent out from Samoa are incorrect. He inrlFier declares that grave charges are pending, and adds that the Administrator is Avitliholding from transmission press mevsages containing the true account oi what happeued. Mr Holland yesterdav telegraphed Sir Joseph Ward urgmg that the cerisorship be lifted in order that lull iniormation from all sourees he availahle to the public in New Zealantl.
