Brassey, £5 2s 6d, costs £1 10s 6d; Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board v. E. Salter £12 12s lOd, costs £2 15s, Alward and Bissell v. E. E Schofield, £6 3s, costs £1 12's 6d; E*. J. Ellott v. Arthnr Lord £5 11s 4d, costs £1 14s 6d. On a judgment summons E. Seastrand was ordered to pay Jolin Edwards £11 8s 5d. in default 12 days' lmpnsonment. H. Whyte was ordered to pay M-. Plank £2 18s, in default three days' imprisonment.
