IN QUARANTINE

NARKUNDA AT FREMANTLE. ;■ FREMANTLE, This day. No communication with the passengers is permitted on board the Narkunda because of 'the smallpox patient that was put ashore at Colombo. Following medical examination it is reported that no suspicion has been aroused by tbe health of any passenger. Fremantle passengers were taken to the quarantine .station and all mails fumigated. It is nnderstood that the Narkunda is proceeding tQ Melbourne, in quarantine.
