The report also embodies viewpoints on super subniarines, beyond 2000 tons. Tlie question of humanising these craft was dealt with to some extent by the experts, but there are divergeneies of view relatigg to the Ro_ot solutions affeeting sanctions and circumstances immunising mercbant ships frofri attack and it is likely to filter back to tbe First Committee or perkaps the heads of tlie delegations.
