Sen Gupta, Mayor of Calcutta, and leader of the Congress Party in Bengal, was arrested on a warrant issued bv the District Magistrate at 1 Bangoon on a charge of sedition as a sequel to the speech made at Ran1 goon reeently. He will he removed to Rangoon to-morrow. T
