SLEEPING CHILDREN ATTACKED. Parents Awakened By Screams. (Received This Day Noon i SYDNEY, This day. A vicious attack by rats on children occurred at Windsor, where the parents of Cliarles Green, aged six, .awakened hy the ' child's . screams, found one of his toes almost bitten off by ferocious rats. The following night their daughter Millie's eries again brouglit them rushing to the room, when it was found that one finger of her right hand was torn and bleeding where the rats had gnawed the flesh away. Both children are suffering the effeets of poisoning.
