CAR RUNS OFF ROADs DRIVER KILLED.

DUNEDIN, This day. . Mr John Land, a contractor, of Edievale, a single man, about 45. years of age, was killed about 10 o'clock on Friday night. He was driving a motor car from Millar's Flat ' to Beaumont and, after turning a sharp bend in the road near Rae's Junction School, the car ran off the road and fell about 50 feet into a creek. Mr and Mrs Paul Childs, of Beaumont, who wero in the car, were injured and were removed to Lawrence Hospital. Deceased is supposed to have no relatives in the Dominion. J
