NEW YORK, March 29. Advice has been received from Pinehurst, North Caroline, to the effect that Paul Runyan, of Arkansas, won the north and south onen golf championship. 72 holes, with 291. Fi-ank Walsh, of Chicago, was second with 293 and Armour third with 294.
