GOOD GENERAL COMPETITION. Prices Maintaiued At Late Rates. United Press Assn. Ulectrio Oable. Copyrtgbt (Received This Day, 1 p.m.) LONDON, March 31. At the wool saies 9665 bales were offered, including 2195' from New Zealand. Approximately 4,400 bales were sold. There was a large offering of greasy MerinoB, a limited seleetion of crossbreds, arousing good generai eompetition. Prices were maintained, New Zealand greasy Merinos, Bankhouse, sold from 13.Vd to 12d, while crosshred, Makarewa, fetched O-ld to 9id. The saies close on April 9.
