MUNITIONS FACTORY BLAZE. Troops Remove Gunpowder,

DELHI, April 4. Gallant efforts by British troops ayex-ted the explosion of 28,000 pounds of gunpowder and a large quanity of •aminunition during a big blaze in a munitions factory at Kirkee, near Toona. A sentry gave the alarm early in the morning and two companies of- Royal Munster Rifles, artillerymen and members of a tank corps fought the flames for two hours with a small eixgine, removing barx-els of gunpowder from the blazing main magazine. . A special congratulqtory order has been issued by the Poona hrigade area commander.
