HARBOUR FINANCES Deficit Oi £16,000 Anti= cipated ESTIMATES TABLED. Estimates of receipts and expendijfcure for the coming year were tabled .at the meeting of the Napier Harbour Board to-day, the figures showing an anticipated debit balanoe at September 30 of this year of £16,145. At September 30 last year the board had a eredit "balance of £6010 and at September 30 the previdhs year £90 ob. Eor the ensuing year, however, _tne expenditure has increased greatly, aggregating £95,466 (estimated) compared with £86,570 (actual) last year.
