AUCKLAND, Last night. The appeal by H. N. Wiggins, jockey, Ugainst the six months' suspension im- • posed by the judicial committee of the Auckland Racing Club on Monday \^as considered. hy the Auckland District Committee last night. The committee decided to uphold the appeal on the ground that the evidence was not sufficiently strong to justifv ihe decision of the judicial committee. Wiggins accordingly will be riding at 'Avondale to-morrow.
