Betting material showed that defendant had taken 160 bets . totailing 1:142, receiving a small commission from the principal. The Magistrate said that if there was a real Sportsman5s Association^ of which the court had heard on previous occasions, there shouid he no difiicalty a'oout the payment of .the fine:
