(Eeceived This Day. 11 a.m.) DELHr, "April 27. The Yiceroy, Lord Irwin, announces an ordinanee to revive a more effective foi-m of the Indian Pi-ess Act,' 1910, repealed by the 1922 Government. The Government of India, inffuenced by representations, has at last realised tne iixtense harm that is being done by violent seditious revolutionary language used daily bv the greater sectxon of the Indian Press. A communique states that nothing at the present moment is operating sopowerfully to promote a xrevolutionaxy and lawlessness spirit as the writing in the Indian Press.
