CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED.
The Meteorological Department' s forecast at noon to-day, for the foliowing 24 hours, was as foilows: "The indications are for northerly moderate to strong winds after about 16 hours and hackiug by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. The indications are for electrical disturbances. The weather will probably become 'colder. Barometer, rising slowly; seas, rough; tides, moderate."
