Eeceived This Day. Noon. _ RUGBY, April 28. . It is etated tliat Air Ministry experiments are heing made with two new types of parachute for delivoring mails and goods hy aeroplane. One of these types is a high veloeity parachute which opens automatically after falling a pre-detennined distance. The other type opens at a pire-deter-mined' distance from the ground. Both parachutes will probably he used when perfected to deliver letters and p'ostal packages throughout Great Britaiu.
