REVENUE FROM BATHS
. DECREASE IN PAST YEAR. ' INCREASE TN MONTHLY RETURN. Revenue amountinr to £601 2s _ld was received from the Napier Municipal Baths during the year which ended on March 31, according to a report presented to tlie Napier City Council last evening. This figure represents a decrease of £57 2s 5d on the previous year. Ordinaiw admission fees from adults totalled £246 18s 3d and for children (at ld each) £101 3s lOd. A sum of £143 6s was received from the hot salt baths, for which 1952 persons paid, and 122 obtained concession tickets. Children wlio paid for admission totalled 24,286 and adults 19,753. Towels numbering 1739 and costumes 2722 were loaned during the year. Fifteen children recieved swimming lessons. • For the month of March, the revenue showed an increase in 1930 of £18 0s lOd over 1929, the total for this year being £93 5s lld, from 5873 children and 3S22 adults who paid for admission, and 203 who visited the salt baths.
