A letter received from Messrs Mason and Dunn stated that witli regard to lot 4, tlieir clients agreed, in consideration of Messrs Morse and Robertson giving up a small portion of lot ! to enable their clients to make an ofler to the council of a street oue chain in width, to reduce the pur-clia-se price hy £65, Ieaving the balanee pavable at £200. The letter was referred to the council as a committee.
