The Cathedral services for to-morrow are: — 8 a.m. (Holy C'ommunion); 11 a.m. Matins and Holy (,'ommunion ; preacher, Rev. W. T. Drake; 7 p.m.: evensong, "The Ascension," Cantata, (C. M. Pearce) soloists and quartette, Misses Carter and Frith, and Messrs Steele and Stevenson ; organ voluntaries, intermezzo in D flat (Holimgs). and Solemn March. At the Port Preshyterian Churc-h to-morrow, (D.V.) the Sacrament ot the Holy Communion will be adminis tered at 11 a.m. At 7 p.m. Miss Nellie Dykes will sing "O Man of Sorrows" as a solo. The Rev. H. E. CampbeJ] Jcnes, M. A., will preach at both services. YVeek-end slogan : — Everything that is wortli while is up grade. Mr W. E. Barnard, M.P., is to pineside at the leeture to be given by Gommissioner Cunninglmm on "General Bootli's Darkest England Scheme as Applied to World Problems," on Sunday afternoon at the Salvation Army Citadel, Carlyle street, Napier. A coi'dial invitation is given to Napier South .people to attend the services to he held on Sunday next, 11 and 7, in the Napier Soutli Preshyterian Church. Tlie Communion meditation on Sunday morning will be based- upon Clirist making Himself known at Emmaus'. In the evening reference will be made to our, "Responsibility towards our Brother."
