MR CYRIL BEALE. • , t Prior to his departufe from Hastings this morning for Wellington, to which; place he has been transferred, Mr Cyril Beale, of the British Imperial Oil Compnnv, was met by memb°rs of tlie Heretaunga Swimming Cluh, of which he was treasurer, and on behalf of the club. was presented by Mr A. R. McTvor with a gold mounted pencil. as a mark of esteem. Mr Beale was also captain of the H.S O.B. third grade foothall team and a member of the clnb's executive. »nd in appreciation of his seryices to this club, tbe president. RergeantMaior G O'Learv. 011 behalf of the club.' presented him with a handsome set of hair hrnshes.
