Colonel Gretton's Announcement.
(Reoeived This Dav. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 29. The Rt. Hon. Colonel J. Gretton declared that the statement that 44 Conservative memhers of the House of Commons demanded a change of leadership was unauthorised and_ incorrect. He declined to discuss details.
