Followay was fined 200,000 dollars ancl his partner, Harvey Mills, was fined 50,000 dollars. The brolcerage firm of Solloway, Mills and Companv dishande^ in Janiiary, following numerous charges of bucketing and conspiring to defraiul the iiuhlic.
