MEAT STRIKE
SYDNEY EMPLOYERS TO EIGHT UNION. HYDNEY, Nov. 16. Hopes for a speedy seitleinent of the meat strike were dissipated yesterday when representatives of the Employers' Association unanimously agreed' to fight tlie union. The employers are eonfulent there is sufficient labour available to resume killing at the abattoirs on Monday 011 the basis of a 48-hour week, while iitxle difficulty in havmg meat distributed is anticipated.
