Deceased leaves a grown-up family of six sons — Mr G. Cusliing (Clive), Mr W. Cushing (Clive), Mr J. Cushing (Clive), Mr T. Cushing (Clive). Mr F. Cushing (Palmerston North), and Mr B, Cushing (Clive), and sixteen grandchiklrcn. The late Mrs Cushing took an actim part in local affairs, having heen a member of tlie Hall Committee, Soldiers' Send-off Committee, St. Mark's Chureh, and the Mothers' Union.
