IMPEDED BY DENSE FOG. Wreaths From Mr Scullin. (Received This Day. 11 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 5. A report from Amiens states that a deuse fog impeded Mr Scullin's tour of the hattleffelds. He visited Pozicrs Cemetery and placed a wreath in lionour of the British troops. Thence he visited Albert and placed a wreath on the French Memorial.
