PALMERSTON N., This day. At tlie Magistrate's Court, William George Pemberton, aged 19, a grocer's assistant, was cbarged with hreaking and entering Kelly's Cash Store st Napier and stealing the sum of £52. On the application of the police ac: oused v as remanded to Napier.
