Tie facts ore these:— Mrs. Giblin has a legal title to land, which, for seventeen years, has been fenced nnd occupied by Mrs. M'DonnoU. For more thaft three years before that the had at various times tethered 1 her cow on it, and rum it theie to grnze. Before fencing she had cleared scrub off to enable her cow to graie. Mrs. M'Donnell claimed that she had been in "adverse possession" more than twenty years, and was therefore entitled to the land.
