PARKING OF CARS

Sir.—l .would like to draw the atten-3 tion of the traffic department through:' your columns to the very common prac-'-f tice of motor-cars being parked all tightand every night in the streets' without'! lights. The writer knows of several cars-3 which are garaged nightly in the sidej streets, and some cases completely block-! ing the traffic. I would suggest to the; ofneers of the traffic department to' visit" some of the side streets about midnight, for they would be sure to get a haul.—l am, etc., SAFETY FIRST. [
