PICTURES LOST IN MANUKA
(Eeceived 23rd December, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd December.
Mr. H. H. La Thangue A.X.A., died suddenly at a nursing home on 21st December. Two of his best pictures, one "A Fisherboy" and one "A Girl Carrying dourds," were lost in the wreck of the Manuka, the news of which depressed him after recovery from au operation on the 17th December.
