The official count of the votes cast in the Hutt by-election, including absentee, postal, seamen's, and declaratory votes, which were not taken into consideration in tho preliminary count, shows that the Labour candidate, Mr. Walter Nash, is returned with a majority of 212 over his United opponent, Mr. J.
