A FAREWELL PARTY

FUNCTION AT'POINT HALSWELL

The gin 3 of the Borstal Institution Were favoured with a visit yesterday afternoon from Her Excellency Lady Alice Feigusson, who kindly spared a little of her precious time to make her farewells to some of those to whom sho has shown much kindness. Visits were paid first of all to the room, which has been arranged as- a chapel (following on a suggestion made by Her E«e? leney), and which is very excellently done, with a number of gifts that have been made to the institution; and then the new shower baths were viewed with much approvel.
