DISCUSSED TfV THE LEAGUE RESTRAINT OF COMMUNISM (Aust. and N.Z. Cable). (Received June- 15, 1 p.m.) Geneva, June 14. Giving audience jto a group of foreign journalists, Hoit Strossemann disclosed that all the "Foreign Ministers at present in Geneva privately discussed European problems, including relations w.ifch the Moscow Soviet. Ho said : “There is no question of an anti-Soviet- crusade. Rut the Third International must not interfere with the internal political arrangements of other countries. The foreign Ministers were favourable to amicable relations with the Soviet but the Home Ministers .were naturally anxous for public order in their own nations.’’
