MUSIC IN SCHOOLS.
VISIT OF AIR E DOUGLAS TAYLER. Mr E. Douglas Taylor. Supervisor of music- in tile State Schools, arrived in Feliding to-day, lor a short visit the local schools. Thjs afternoon Air Tavler went to tho Lytton street school. This evening he will give a lecture to school teachers at the Manchester street School Imilding. To-morrow he will visit the Manchester street school in the afternoon and will he tho guest and speaker at a Civic Ciub Lunch, To-morrow night Mr Taylor is to give- a- public lecture in tire Parish Hall on “Alusic—in Education and in life.” He may visit one or two country schools on Friday morning returning to Wellington in tli© afternoon. .
