No person shall be eligible,for election ns a Delegate unless lie lias been nominated by a sheep-farmer owning not less than one lmndml sheep, and his nomination lias been seconded by another such sheep-farmer, and he has accepted nomination in writing. No person may accept nomination as a Delegate for more than one Electoral District.
