PEOPLE FROZEN TO DEATH. AN UNPRECEDENTED SNAP. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, January 8. A fall of snow has been general in England and in Paris streets has stopped the traffic. The cold on the Continent is unprecedented. Five persons have been frozen to death in London, and ten in Paris.
