RAGING IN. RUSSIA,
By Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright St. Petersburg, Feb. 13. The plague is raging on the Khirghiz Steppos of Western Siberia. Many thousands have died between Semiplatitsk and Oranberg. The Russian Government have despatched flying medical columns and a quarter of a. million roubles’ worth of wheat for the sufferers.
