OWNERS THREATEN TO LAY UP BOATS.

Trouble is threatened between the owners of steam colliers and the Coal Lumpers’ Union. Tho ownors complained of the limited number and unpunctuality of the lumpers causing dolay in loading. In tho event of the Union failing to talco steps to remove grounds of the complaint, the owners intend to lay up tho whole of the colliers on Saturday night.
