[By Telegraph—PressjAssoeiation.] Wanganui, March 26. There is fine weather to-day, with but little wind, and the shooting is good. Woodville continued to hit hard, and there is no doubt that tho chief prize in the champion terms’ match will -go to them, and it looks as if tfie belt is theirs. The following are the chief prize-takers in the ’Wellington Match, 400, 600, and 700 yards, seven shots : Webster, Auckland, T 7, 96 ; W. Loveday, Woodville, 46, 95 ; Humphries, Napier, 45, 95 ; Lacey, Wellington, 44, 92 ; Pearson, Timaru, 44, 92 ; Kemp, Christchurch, 43, 91 ; Wilson, Woodville, 43, 91; Ingpen, Woodville, 42, 91 ; Thorpe, Wairoa, 42, 91 ; A. Ballinger, Wellington, 42, 90 ; King, Oamaru, 42, 90.

With tho finish of the Wellington match the leading aggregates were : G. Loveday, Woodville, 356 : Wilson, Woodvillc, 355 ; Nelson, Woodville, 352 ; W. Loveday, Woodville, 350 ; A. Ballinger, Wellington, 348 ; Sergeant Okey, Taranaki, 347.

At the annual meeting very little was done. The only question discussed was that of handing affairs to the Government and this was left to the Council to interview the Defence Minister about.

Nelson’s aggregate is 346. Tho AllComers’ Match, not counting for the belt, is proceeding.
