THE MILLION LOAN.
HALF TO BE RAISED IN COLONY AT 4 PER CENT.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night.
The Government lias decided to raise in the colony half of the million loan authorised last session in aid of public works.
Tho loan will be issued at 4 per ccn and will be for a term of three years.
