TAILORESSES. ( By Telegraph—Press^Tssociation.) Wellington, last night. A conference of representatives of the Tailoresscs Unions in Wellington, Christchurch, und Dunedin, for the discussion of trade matters, opened here this afternoon. A delegate from Auckland was present by invitation. HALF MOURNING. It has been officially announced that all persons present by invitation at any function attended by the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall shall bo required to wear half mourning.
